Did you do the 1-800-hallmark and option 4? I'm on hold, estimated wait time 48 minutes. Ater option the only thibg that made sense was the customer service representative.

I'm in too for KC.

I called and chose option 4 to get the club and then 2. While I was on hold I wondered if I should have used option 1. So I got on another phone in my office (I have the luxury have having 4 phones in the team room I am curretnly working in) and used option 4 then 1. The 2nd phone came thru first!!

That's good news!
I called at 4:58 and after going through the options (by then was 4:59) was told it wasn't during operating hours and the call was disconnected. Held my breath for a few seconds, called back, did 4-2-2 for the options and was told it would be approximately 18 minutes on hold. It's been 25, so I'm hoping I get that "next available customer service representative" soon.

I'm in for Vegas - called at 5 am PST, pressed option 4 to get to the KOC line, then option 2, was told there was a wait time of 21 minutes and sure enough, got through after 21 minutes. And now that I'm awake an hour earlier than usual, I'm off to the gym to run 7 miles .

My estimated wait time was 49 minutes. I got a representative in 29 and got a LV dinner for Carol F. You're in, Carol!

I got in for Vegas. I called using the 4-2-2 options and was told 49 minute wait. I tried on another line and did the 4-2-1 and didn't wait 3 minutes. They knew I was already registered for Saturday. I thought it was strange that I did not get a confirmation number - maybe it was added to the original.

Was told wait time was 40 minutes but was actually about 10. Did anyone get a confirmation # for the dinner?

Ewwww! I'm not feeling too good about this. I've been on hold since 7:02 a.m. My estimated wait time was 10 minutes, and I've been on hold about 38 minutes. At some point I need to get ready for work! Patience is not my strongest virtue! :-)

edited to add - Got on an additional phone line at 7:43, used 4-2-1 and got a live CSR instantly! Got my friend, a fellow KOC member, in for the KC dinner so happily we can now ride-share and have a blast!

waiting since 7am-no way to register for dinner if you are already registered for the event unless you speak to a rep?

how much incompetence can there be?

I registered for the dinner this morning for a someone else, and I, too pressed the "1" option, and got through right away.

Since I was doing it for someone else, she had to have the address, zip and everything evn though it says you only need the membership number and conformation number you already were given for the event.

I did ask for a confirmation number for this dinner reservation, and she gave me one!

Held for 50 minutes and was disconnected. Called again and said wait was 20 minutes. We'll just have to wait some more...

cell phone bill is going to be a whopper. Still am on hold 54 minutes later on an estimated 18 minute hold. I'm nervous about hanging up to call on option 1 after holding so long.

I asked about a confirmation number and was told it was the same as the event confirmation number received previously.

I was calling for someone else. They asked for her name and address, which I had, but didn't ask for mine or ask for her confirmation number, which I also had in case needed.

They don't answer in the order received. When you call be sure to dial 4-2-1 !!!

Battery was getting low after 71 minute wait. Bowrrowed another phone and dialed 4-2-1 option - on hold for about 14 minutes on that one when it went through.

The 4-2-2 option line was STILL on hold when I got a rep on 4-2-1.

I am SO thankful for this board - I would still be on hold on line 2 if I hadn't read here that people were getting through quickly on the option 1 line. thank you to those that posted that info.
