Hallmark has a new web page for checking your crown rewards or placing an order. So far people are not fans. I would suggest you check yours.

The new page would not let me order an early release ornament using my reward points. I was on the phone with Hallmark for 30 minutes and they had to place the order. She finally got it done.

At some point Hallmark needs to restore their old website and put the new one back in for more testing and debugging.

I usually like to be positive on this board as it has always brought me pleasure...

BUT...

UGH! the Crown Rewards page is driving me nuts! Ever since Hallmarks webpage upgrade (and let's face the facts Hallmark has no clue how to manage and run a webpage); I am still shut out of accessing my Crown Rewards page. Multiple calls to Hallmark's customer line (easily over 10 times) during the past month and each time no conclusion. Their final input to me is "it is a problem on my end" - "clear my cookies" - "use a different browser" -- COME ON!!! This is my issue??? I have tried multiple approaches, browsers, computers, etc. Nothing.

Just wanted to ask the friendly folks on this board - "Am I the only one still not able to log into the Crown Rewards website?"

Thanks for any input - maybe it just is my issue for some strange reason.

I still can not access my account. I have sent them all the information they requested, type of device, system, browser etc. They even gave me some points. Big Deal! I've been trying to access my account since mid-March! This is ridiculous.

So strange that Hallmark said the crown rewards page is fixed. Yet some of us are still having problems even getting into the page..

Mine was working fine, then yesterday after the supposed fixed I keep getting the "It's not you it's us" page.

I haven't tried today.

Log off and then log back on to your computer.
