the box must be minty mint - no dents, scratches, or any other visable damage of any kind. PLUS - the ornament (and box) should never have been opened.

I am looking for the limited edition of Lumiere from debut. I thought I had it, but the store didn�t have enough and I wasn�t aware of that earlier. Probably a long shot, but I thought I would try.
I was able to get it from hallmark.com, so happy camper!

The Hallmark store here had it, early in the summer, but they are all sold out now. You may have to get it on the secondary market if you really want it. I will keep watching for it.

How do you know if it has been opened or not? It was not a sealed pkg. That is unrealistic.
