My YuleLog 2019 software update came today in the mail.
We install the software update according to the instructions but it brought up error the code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME 140.dll was not found.
Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
It did not.

Sorry that you're having YuleLog installation problems. I sent you an email with information on how to resolve this particular problem. We've seen some issues with (some versions of) Windows 7 this year, but it's not difficult to resolve.
