STRAWBERRY fROSTING:
1 STICK MARGARINE
1 box powdered sugar
rest of the frozen strawberries about 1/3 cup

I made strawberry cupcakes for our Church dinner a couple weeks ago. They ate every one.

Can I ask a real dumb question - what size box of powdered sugar? It seems like an awful lot...so maybe there is a smaller box than I am used to. So what weight or volume (ounces?) should I look for.

It sounds delicious and simple so I do want to try it!
