How big was it? Could it be used like a small punch bowl at a winter gathering? If you have the room to store it I think you could find many uses for it. Why doesn't my Goodwill get these kinds of things??

I have one & we call it the Bean Pot. Has a ladel with it & all, matches my informal dishes. It's beautiful when you use it but must admit we don't use it alot. Course it's just me & my husband here. Beans are usually in the Crock Pot!

I have one that is shaped like a pumpkin. I have to admit I have never used it but I put it out with the ceramic pumpkin collection I have aquired from Hallmark over the years. Looks nice in the fall.
