I finally made it to my local store. They started their 60% off sale. I was surprised to get the display of North Pole Tree Trimmers and the mystery pink Young Santa. Only ones they had.
I also picked up Mary's Angel and the beauty of Birds as I was too cheap to buy them at full price.

Honestly, I wasn't that interested in many of the ornaments this year, including the series I normally collect. I haven't even been by my local Hallmark yet to see what was left over.
Plus, I just need to stop buying them and go through my collection. I am out of room in my condo.

Little Green Apple Hallmark stores went 75% off today!!!! YAY!!!! It was scary getting there with the snow and ice, but it was a successful trip!!! The roads seemed fine when starting out from home, but got worse the closer to the store. Still lots of ornament selection to choose from ... But, I'm not going back anytime soon, that is for sure! My "splurge" purchase I was not looking for was the PEANUTS "Santa Snoopy w/Cookie" techno plush ... It rang up for $11.20 before tax. I bet it's gone by now ... Hope everyone else has good luck with after-Christmas bargain hunting!!  Stephanie

Well, I caved and bought three ornaments on Hallmark.com since they had 2 Turtle Doves back in stock. And I may stop by my store this weekend to pick up one more. (The ones I bought weren't in stock.)

My local store is only at 50% off but another store, about 2 hours away, went 75% off and I of course had to pick up ornaments. I held off on a lot of ornaments I typically buy because of the increase, I've missed out on several of the series pieces I collect so I'm hoping to find them online with other stores, fingers crossed.
