That's a lot of fun, but I agree with you, Qui, about the price.

I started this thread during lunchtime at work so I had my sound turned off, so I didn't get the full effect until I got home.

My reaction - that's not Neil Hamilton's voice at the beginning and there is far too much blinking and flashing at the end for me.

Then again if I see it after Christmas on the cheap ....

I thought that wasn't Commissioner Gordons voice.

At that price, I expected a tabletop.

Measures 4.6" W x 5.5" H x 3.4" D.

I only watched the video once. My first impression was that it was much better than I was expecting and I am now considering it. I was very pleased with it. The price is hefty, but it seems it does a lot for the price. Fun memories from childhood of the reruns I watched.

Taj, you are clearly much younger than me. This ornament brings back my memories of watching the show when it originally aired in the 60's. smile It was unique in that they aired 2 episodes per week.

The show does bring back my earliest memories of watching TV. I was 5-6 years old when I first watched the show(non-rerun). Of course I watched the show in reruns for a few decades now.

VinceL - We dont need to talk about age lol. I remember watching the opening credits and being excited if I saw batgirl. That meant it would be a batgirl episode. I want to say the same thing for catwoman but it has been a long time.

While we are talking classic TV Batman, what do you want to see next?

Here are my top five:
- Green Hornet (could be with Kato)
- Alfred
- Mr. Freeze
- Egg Head
- Commissioner Gordon in his office

And even though season 4 never happened, I would love a "What if" ornament of a Clint Eastwood Two Face.

Just returned from my Hallmark store. I tried the Batcave ornament on display, and after several tries, the doors would not open. Ouch! I got the top door to slide to the left, pushed the button again- nothing. The Batphone and audio worked for a second, then nothing again. Its an expensive investment for it not to function properly.
