Well, I was very happy with my mystery bundle, but I cannot say the same for the repaint ornaments ...
I purchased all six of them, and they were mailed in the same "small" shipping box with very little packing with the pillows ...
Well, the shipping box itself didn't raise too many alarms for being damaged, but I did get box damage to the ornaments ... The worst box of all was the North Pole Tree Trimmers with creases on the very front of the box and top lid. The next worst box was Snowtop Lodge with a crease down the front of the box ... Beauty of Birds and Fairy Messengers had some corner dents. Brilliant Butterfly and Season's Treatings were perfect boxes. The ornaments were fine with their condition.
I did call Hallmark, and they began documenting what happened ... But, when I was done, they said they do not have replacement boxes available, and there are no more in stock to be able to "trade" for better boxes ... So, it is very, very disappointing to have to "accept" damaged boxes without replacements.
It does make me question why I want to continue to collect Hallmark sometimes when they can be so frustrating ...
