I'm sooo confused. I saw the Club Christmas Window and O Tannebaum on sale everytime I went to the KOC page. I just now went on there and they are back to $15.99. WHY? NOT happy about this.

I'm sooo confused. I saw the Club Christmas Window and O Tannebaum on sale everytime I went to the KOC page. I just now went on there and they are back to $15.99. WHY? NOT happy about this. But $15.99 is the sale price for those ornaments... Their retail price is higher. It's the same price that the Window was on sale for last year. They have displayed them differently now. They had the original retail with a slash and the $15.99 sales price. Now, they have it like this:  http://i67.tinypic.com/2z53m29.jpgSee the bottom of each has an "Ornament valued at" line? That shows you that they're on sale.

I could be wrong because I didn't take a screen shot but I thought at one time the 20% off was showing up as well.

I could be wrong because I didn't take a screen shot but I thought at one time the 20% off was showing up as well. The first weekend Hallmark was offering 20% off all purchases on the website the KOC ornaments were discounted 20%. They weren't supposed to be, and when the appropriate people found out Monday morning what had happened that sale ended. I heard about this after the fact or I would have ordered mine then.

That is funny that they state they are mailing based on when orders/renewal was placed. I placed mine 20 min after the website when live, and I have not received notice that mine nor any of my friends who also ordered within the hour have been shipped. Interesting!

I ordered the 2019 Christmas Windows and O Tannenbaum ornaments on April 2 ... So far, they are just "processing" according to Hallmark. Also, I noticed a "pending" charge on my Master Card for the amount for a week, but now the charge for the two ornaments has disappeared ... I guess Hallmark will charge the credit card once they actually ship. When I ordered them, I saw an estimated delivery date of between April 17th and 19th. Still no signs of any shipment on the 2019 Dream Box either ... Hopefully those of us who ordered ornaments and club memberships will get everything very soon!  Stephanie

I read on the Keepsake Community that the April KOC Exclusives will start shipping after all the DreamBoxes ship.

Still no shipping confirmation for my April Exclusives order. LOL - Those on the West Coast are still waiting for a shipping confirmation on the Dream Box! At this rate, will we even get the April exclusives before the KOC convention. I have no hope of getting the July exclusives before KOC in August!

Frustrating isn't it? Can Hallmark only ship one ornament shipment at a time. I ordered the two April exclusives April 1 so ship them out! It might make people happier to at least get those. Hallmark says it has finally shipped my membership box to my store. I'll believe it when I see it. Good luck to all who are waiting for membership boxes and/or April exclusives--Hallmark seems to constantly challenge us--Vent over--Sorry

I got a response on the Keepsake Community. Hallmark is backlogged shipping out the DreamBoxes. They plan on being caught up this week with the shipping of April 1st Product Shop orders.
