I got an email from Hallmark, that said, 'Your KOC order has shipped.'!!! I have two memberships, but only got the email for one. This one is the Santa and window.

I got an email from Hallmark, that said, 'Your KOC order has shipped.'!!! I have two memberships, but only got the email for one. This one is the Santa and window. If you only got one, you probably ordered different ornaments on the other one. The shipping is done based on what ornaments they have and what size of boxes they have available. So all orders for this combination will be filled as long as they have boxes the right size. Then they'll move on to another combination based on what they have available to ship and the necessary size of boxes. When the next phase starts is based on what they have available. It's good to know they're starting to ship!
